🧪 Girls in STEM Camp
Hosted by Sierra Nevada Journeys
When: June 7–8, 2025
Who: Girls ages 10–14 (must be enrolled in a Nevada or California school and qualify for the Free and Reduced Lunch program)
Where: Campers will leave from 190 E. Liberty St., Reno at 7:30 AM on Saturday, June 7, and return at 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 8
Cost: Scholarships are available for those who qualify
This overnight camp is perfect for girls who enjoy science and technology. Campers will explore STEM through hands-on activities, creative challenges, and teamwork. It’s a great way to make new friends and try something new! Visit this website for more information
🛠️ UNR Engineering Summer Camps
Hosted by the University of Nevada, Reno
When: June 23–27, 2025 or July 14–18, 2025
Who: Students ages 12–14
Where: UNR campus

This camp is full of hands-on fun. Kids will build projects, solve problems, and explore science, technology, and engineering with support from university faculty, students, and professionals. It’s a great way to learn and have fun at the same time.

🌲 Galena Creek Summer Exploration Camps
Hosted by Galena Creek Visitor Center
When: Camps run between June 5 and August 9, 2025
Who: Day camps are for ages 8–12, and overnight camps are for ages 12–16
Where: Galena Creek, south of Reno

🌿 Urban Roots Summer Camps

Who Ages 5–15
