Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in education and/or business with a strong minor in research analytics or related field, master’s degree preferred.  Experience and education in collecting, monitoring, and analyzing multiple-level data points to synthesize and generate reports; identify gaps, trends, and areas for growth; and make recommendations is required. Seeking Instructional Coach

Position: Instructional Coach

Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in education with a minor in educational leadership, master’s degree preferred.  Experience and education in human development and family studies, early childhood education, special education, English Language Learners, technology systems and device management, and data analysis is preferred. Position Description:  Under the direction of the Chief Education Officer and Chief Executive Director (CEOs) the Instructional Coach is responsible for supporting the Education Director in all aspects of implementing the SNACS instructional model.  This key position will provide direct support in ensuring personalized learning, increased engagement, and academic growth for ALL students through choice, PLAY, and building small school community.  The position is responsible to ensure personalized learning that is individualized and differentiated.  The Instructional Coach will work directly with teachers, students, and families to ensure increased engagement, academic achievement, and social emotional learning as defined on the Personalized Learning Plan. The position requires expertise in instructional and environmental design to optimize classroom management and learning through choice.    The Instructional Coach will observe and assist teachers with Professional Learning Plans according to the school model and improvement plan as determined by the CEOs. The Instructional Coach will assist in building school community and support the school culture at all times in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring positive student and family experiences. The position requires identification of and support for at-risk students and families in coordination with the administrative team.  The position requires data systems analysis with acquisition, analysis, and tiered responses using systems thinking.  The position requires administrative duties as assigned including: conducting/supervising standardized assessments; scheduling; supervising and assisting with NWEA MAP, Renaissance Learning, Brigance, Infinite Campus, and other systems; attending and conducting meetings; report writing; technology support; troubleshooting; teaching; lesson plan and newsletter support; recruiting and retention; behavior and attendance; and other duties as assigned.

Position Description: Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the Accounting and Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for all aspects for charter school finance, accounting, and human resources in accordance with policies prescribed by law, the CEO, and the Board of Governance to ensure effective fiscal operation of the charter school.  This key position manages critical business processes daily to ensure accurate postings necessary for student, family, classroom, and school accounting, process efficiency optimization, and other areas of this fast-paced organization. This position’s key responsibilities will be to support accuracy of project costs – related general ledger accounts, performing journal entries and account reconciliations, strong accounts payable and receivable skills, payroll, taxes, and PERS processing, as well as evaluating and performing internal control procedures to ensure federal, state, school district wide compliance. Successful candidate will support general all human resource functions, ledger functions, including month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, reporting, and auditing.  The position requires a highly-motivated candidate with strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, professional environment. The program, comprehensive in scope, preventative in design and developmental in nature focuses on what all students K-8 should know, understand and be able to do in three domain areas: academic, career and personal/social. The focus is on academic success of all students, not just those students who are motivated, supported and ready to learn. School counseling programs help all students achieve success in school and develop into contributing members of our society. The counselor performs counseling activities which includes helping all students develop specific skills, establishing the school counseling program, working with the community, and networking with all professionals at the school and within the counseling community.

Helps all students develop skills in the areas of academic-personal-social growth, educational planning, and career and vocational development; establishes the school counseling program based upon the American School Counseling Association (ACSA) model and develops activities and resources to implement and evaluate the program; works with the community to assist students and families in need of services outside the school’s resources; and networks with all professionals at school and within the counseling community to monitor and assess needs of students at the site. Counselors support all stakeholders to help all students become career and college ready.
